PPK-MBKM, organized with the cooperation of various partners, including government institutions, non-profit foundations, multilateral organizations, non-governmental organizations, and corporations, provides students with hard skills (complex problem-solving and analytical skills) and soft skills (ethics, communication, and cooperation) training. PPK-MBKM is a unique opportunity for students to hone invaluable skills. Meanwhile, strengthening soft skills, such as ethics, communication, and cooperation, make students better prepared to succeed in their careers. Thus, PPK-MBKM plays a key role in preparing students for future challenges while increasing the visibility of Universitas Sumatera Utara.
