We present our best system as a form of service to the entire academic community and society in general.

In carrying out its functions, the Directorate of Education Development is an academic support unit that assists the Rector through Vice Rector I in planning the educational service development activities of the Universitas Sumatera Utara. We strive to make plans and concepts of education and teaching at the Universitas Sumatera Utara that are by policies and support the Rector's priority programs.

Hopefully, we can play an important role in producing graduates who maintain the good name of the alma mater, have good morals, and prioritize adab. We apologize for all the shortcomings and oversights. Thank you.
