USU DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT – The Directorate of Educational Development of Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) held a morning assembly on Monday (October 26, 2026) at the USU Rectorate courtyard. The activity was led by Director of the USU Directorate of Educational Development Prof. Dr. Rudi Hartono, S.Hut., M.Si., who served as the assembly leader.
In his remarks, Prof. Dr. Rudi Hartono addressed Key Performance Indicators (IKU) at USU. He emphasized the importance of understanding IKU as one of the references for implementing programs and activities to support the achievement of university performance targets.
Through these remarks, all personnel within the Directorate of Educational Development are expected to understand their respective roles and responsibilities in supporting the achievement of USU’s IKU through the optimal implementation of their duties and functions.
The morning assembly also served as a means of delivering directives and strengthening coordination among personnel within the USU Directorate of Educational Development in support of improving the quality of education and achieving university performance targets.
