USU, represented by the Directorate of Education Development, attended the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Best Practices for Strategic Planning in State Universities, organized by Universitas Sembilan belas November Kolaka (USN Kolaka) in Malang on October 26–29, 2025.
This activity is part of the 2025 PRPTN Program, in which USU serves as a mentoring university for USN Kolaka to strengthen its institutional capacity in formulating strategic plans.
During the event, the Director of Education Development at USU, Ir. Ikhsan Siregar, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D., delivered a welcoming speech and reaffirmed USU’s commitment to supporting the improvement of higher education governance and quality through inter-institutional collaboration.
Through this initiative, USU hopes that the best practices shared in the discussion will serve as inspiration for other universities in designing effective, adaptive, and sustainable institutional development strategies.
