Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) has once again achieved national recognition by winning the "The Most Applicants of University" award at the CLP 9 Awards hosted by the Bakrie Center Foundation. This award acknowledges USU's record-breaking number of applicants, with 1,932 students participating in the program.
Mr. Jimmy M. Rifai Gani, BA, MPA, CEO of Bakrie Center Foundation, presented the certificate of achievement. This award reflects the enthusiasm and determination of USU students who participated in the Campus Leaders Program Batch 9 and the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Batch 7, which took place from August 2024 to January 2025.
This recognition motivates USU to continue supporting its students in addressing global challenges through education, training, and capacity building. Universitas Sumatera Utara remains committed to producing highly competitive, integrity-driven future leaders capable of making meaningful contributions to society and the nation.
