As part of efforts to broaden students’ perspectives and learning motivation, MA Plus Nurul Hadina conducted an educational visit to Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) on Wednesday, 12 November 2025. The delegation, consisting of teachers and students, was warmly welcomed by the Directorate of Educational Development at USU.
The activity was led directly by the Head of Education and Human Resources of the Nurul Hadina Islamic Education Foundation (YPI), Naqasya Syoryri Siadubtar, M.T., who stated that the purpose of the visit was to provide students with firsthand experience of the higher education environment and to introduce them more closely to the academic profile and activities at USU.
The group was received by Ir. Ikhsan Siregar, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D., Director of Educational Development at USU, who in his remarks introduced the history, vision, and mission of Universitas Sumatera Utara. He also presented various academic programs and USU’s leading facilities while providing information on the university’s admission pathways.
During the visit, the students of MA Plus Nurul Hadina showed great enthusiasm while participating in the presentations and Q&A sessions held in the meeting room of the Directorate of Educational Development. They also had the opportunity to tour the campus facilities, including laboratories, the library, and other academic areas.
Through this activity, MA Plus Nurul Hadina hopes that its students will become more motivated to pursue higher education and develop a spirit of achievement from an early age.
