Through this program, students gained hands-on experience in plant tissue culture techniques and the management of superior horticultural seedlings. The activity served as a concrete step in strengthening collaboration between higher education institutions and government agencies to support educational transformation and enhance students’ competencies in the fields of agriculture and food sciences.
This program stands as a tangible example of the implementation of USU’s “Kampus Merdeka" (Campus with Impact) initiative, designed to prepare an excellent and adaptive generation capable of responding to the evolving needs of industry and contributing to regional development.
