Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), through the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs, organized a Work Unit Coordination Meeting on Thursday, 11 June 2026, at the IMT-GT Room, 2nd Floor of the USU Rectorate Building.

The meeting was attended by leaders from faculties, the Graduate School, and various directorates within USU. It aimed to strengthen coordination and align strategic initiatives in support of achieving the university’s Higher Education Performance Indicators (IKP) and Key Performance Indicators (IKU) targets for the 2026–2031 period.

The event began with opening remarks and directions from the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs, who emphasized the importance of collaboration among university units in achieving institutional performance targets. Participants then attended presentations from several directorates covering areas such as admissions and student services, academic development and education, student and alumni affairs, quality assurance, and learning digitalization.

Through this forum, all work units are expected to develop a shared understanding of the university’s policy directions and priority programs, enabling the implementation of work plans in a more integrated and effective manner while contributing optimally to the achievement of USU’s strategic goals in the years ahead.
