Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) held a coordination meeting for the implementation of the Thematic Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik / KKN-T) for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. The meeting took place in the TTU (Transformation Towards the Ultimate) Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, USU Rectorate Building.
This activity was organized as an initial step to prepare for the implementation of the KKN-T program to ensure it runs optimally and systematically, with the aim of delivering tangible contributions to the community. The meeting was attended by the Director of the Directorate of Educational Development, Prof. Dr. Rudi Hartono, S.Hut., M.Si.; the Curriculum Manager, Ir. Galih Ari Wirawan Siregar, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., CIT; the Institutional Manager, Way Yantono Saing, S.Si.; as well as the KKN-T management team and field supervisors.
During the meeting, various key aspects related to the technical implementation of KKN-T were discussed, including program planning, field implementation mechanisms, and strategies to strengthen synergy among units to support the program’s success. Through this initiative, the implementation of the KKN-T program for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year is expected to run effectively, in a structured manner, and generate sustainable positive impacts for the wider community.
