USU KKN-T Team Holds Audience with Langkat Regency Government

Universitas Sumatera Utara held a briefing and send-off ceremony for students participating in the 2026 Impactful Campus Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T), who will be assigned to Langkat Regency. The event took place at the USU Rectorate Office Courtyard on Thursday, 21 May 2026.
A total of 140 students will carry out the KKN-T program for two months, from 22 May to 22 July 2026, in several villages across Langkat Regency. The program is part of USU’s effort to encourage student contributions to society through community service and village empowerment initiatives.
The event was attended by the Head of the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Langkat Regency, Robby Deritawan Sitepu, Vice Rector for Academic, Student Affairs, and Alumni Affairs of USU, Poppy Anjelisa Z. Hasibuan, Director of the Directorate of Educational Development of USU, Rudi Hartono, representatives from the Directorate of Educational Development and the KKN-T management team, field supervisors, and participating students.
Through this program, students are expected to create positive impacts for local communities while gaining direct learning experiences within village environments.
