Requirements for 2025 USU Independent Selection (SMM) Admission
Description

SMM USU 2025 Admission Requirements

  • Indonesian citizens (WNI) with a valid National Identity Number (KTP)
  • Current 12th-grade students (SMA/SMK/MA) or final-year students in 2025, or Paket C students in 2025, aged no more than 25 years (as of July 1, 2025).
  • Those who have not yet received a diploma must present a school-issued certificate stating their status as a 12th-grade student, including:
  • → Student identity details (name, class, NISN, NSPN)
  • → Recent color passport photo
  • → Signature of school/madrasah principal
  • → Official school/madrasah stamp
  • Graduates of SMA/SMK/MA or Paket C from 2023 and 2024, aged no more than 25 years (as of July 1, 2025)
  • Graduates of equivalent high schools from overseas must have an officially recognized diploma equivalency
